A year ago I killed myself with cardio training 6x a week thinking that it would help me reach my goal. Unsurprisingly, it resulted to me reaching my goal weight of 50kg but made me look like a sick person.
Then I followed Ida on instagram. Looking at her feed, I realized that you can reach your goal without looking sick just with proper nutrition and training. So I asked for her help.
I started lifting and it proved me wrong of the mindset that it will make me heavier and bulky. Two months into her program of nutrition and lifting, I have seen changes in me becoming stronger, a better wrestler and the courage to compete.
“Toned” isn’t really the goal. It’s to become the best and strongest at what I do. If it wasn’t for her, I’ll still be reaching for the wrong goal.
