I’ve been practicing and teaching Pilates for 5 years. While I enjoy the many benefits of Pilates, I wanted to add and complement my training. I met Ida of GGG, who introduced me to weight lifting.
Being a trainer myself, I have so much respect for her because of her knowledge and enthusiasm in strength training and nutritional sciences. We talked about my goals and made a program suitable to my needs including nutrition. She is very meticulous, at times a drill sgt, but that’s what I love about them. We respect each other but we always keep it real.
Their approach is not just about diet and working out, but a lifestyle overhaul. Now, after over 7 months of working with GGG, I can say that it is something sustainable and doable. Most importantly, I feel completely in control of my body knowing that I have the right tools to help me handle any situation without going back to my bad eating habits.
